My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, mental health counseling. My primary theoretical orientation is CBT but I also utilize other modalities. I have experience with working with depression, anxiety, substance abuse disorders, co-occurring disorders, ADHD, behavioral issues, trauma, self-esteem issues, self-injurious behaviors and suicidal ideation.
